Hydraulic Oil Chillers are used to maintain precise oil temperature in the powerpacks which are used in hydraulic systems of CNC machine tools, high speed presses and hydraulic powered special purpose machines and hydraulic equipment.

Most manufacturing units and processes use hydraulics based machinery. These machinery make use of hydraulic oils of varying densities which heat up periodically during the course of the manufacturing process. However, having the oil heat up causes it to lose some of its characteristic properties and renders it useless for the process. In order to increase the shelf life of hydraulic oil and the machinery that it belongs to, it is important to regulate the temperature of the oil and constantly cool it. This is achieved with the aid of hydraulic chillers which are usually connected directly to the oil supply and in-built pumps. The heated oil is circulated through the chiller circuit and its temperature is thus controlled. MGREENBELT's Chillers are built with internal gear pumps and plate heat exchangers for this application. These ensure higher cooling efficiencies and lower noise levels. 

Design of hydraulic oil chiller
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2)  Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.
(5). Power off - Auto strart up turn on function supported. 
(6). Inlet and outlet pipe stainless steel; 
 

 

Technical Features of Hydraulic Oil Cooling Air Cooled Water Chiller

5. Stainless steel buffer tank is available, and built in auto filling water devices, convenient for clean and maintenance. 
6. High efficiency shell and tube type evaporator,  to cool tank outside.
7.Air cooled industrial chiller equipped with finned copper by the warped and ranked copper pipe, to release the heat into air to cool down the coolant temperature.
