3HP 5HP 7HP 10HP Small Glycol Chiller for Home Beer Brewing and Micobrewery
These glycol chillers are widely used in many industrial applications, like fermentation process in cooling the wort, controlling fermentation crash, cooling vessels and prepackaging in breweries and beers.
Other glycol chiller applications include barrel brewing system, product storage cold stabilization, room cooling for wineries, fermentation control cold chilling the juice, ice cream, and yogurt process, chemical acid liquid cooling, cold storage of the final product for beverage and drinking.
Design
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2) Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.
(5). Power off - Auto strart up turn on function supported.
(6). Inlet and outlet pipe stainless steel;

4. Equipped with imported, precise digital temperature controllers featuring LCD displays, our chillers maintain water temperature with an accuracy of up to ±1ºC. They also offer auto-test and analysis functions, displaying operational conditions in English for user-friendly monitoring.
5. Our chillers offer the option of a stainless steel buffer tank and come with built-in auto-filling water devices, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. 6. Utilizing high-efficiency shell and tube type evaporators, our chillers effectively cool the tank exterior.
7. Our air-cooled industrial chillers feature finned copper pipes for efficient heat dissipation into the air, effectively lowering coolant temperatures.
8. We offer optional environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R404A, R134a, R407c, and R410a.
9. Customization options include tailored chillers to accommodate specific power supply voltages.
10. Achieving outlet water temperatures ranging from -10°C to 30°C with high precision up to ±1°C.
