Minus 5 degree 25hp 15TR Air Cooled Water Chiller for Carbonated Drinks Syrup

 
Soft Drink Chillers manufactured with food grade SS 316L , 304 Grade heat ex-changers in evaporator side By using these high-efficiency heat ex-changers, our chillers save up to 30% in energy consumption compared to internal coils. This chillers are specially designed for Soft Drinks making Factories. The water should be maintained +2˚C ±0.1˚C resolution before enter in to the carbonator. Then only the soft Drinks batch production CO2 mixing in the water uniformly.


Design of Carbonated Soft Drinks
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2)  Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.
(5). Power off - Auto strart up turn on function supported. 
(6). Inlet and outlet pipe stainless steel; 
 

 

Technical Features of carnonated soft drinks
1.No refurbished , new and original scroll type compressors, famous brand Copeland, Danfos, and Panasonic, built in multi safety protection, low noise, energy saving and stable.
2. Adpopt Schneier, Siemens, AB electrical components, featuring stability and long service life.
3. Adopt SS304, SS316 pump with big flow, low power to save energy, high efficiency and durability.
4. Imported precise digital temperature controller with LCD display, controlling the water temperature as accurate as ±1ºC . Auto test and analysis function by displaying working condition in English for easy operation and monitoring.
5. Stainless steel buffer tank is available, and built in auto filling water devices, convenient for clean and maintenance. 
6. High efficiency shell and tube type evaporator,  to cool tank outside.
7.Air cooled water chiller equipped with finned copper by the warped and ranked copper pipe, to release the heat into air to cool down the coolant temperature.
8.Optional environmental protection refrigerant R404A, R134a, R407c, R410a
9.Customized chiller with special power supply voltage.
10. Outlet water temperature  -5 deg C to 30deg C, high precision to ±1 deg C.
