300 KW Industrial Air Cooled Water Chiller For Plastic Extrusion Equipment Machine
1. Workable for 800kg/hour PET EXTRUSION MACHINE
(1) Model: MG-200CS, cooling capacity : 235.2Kw when outlet temperature +12 deg C;
(2) Compressor with a Solenoid valve to control the cooling capacity, when start the compressor will loading from 25% to 50% to 75%~100%, when temperature is near to set point, the compressor will unload from 100% to 75% to 50% to 25%~0 automatic, so that can saving the power.
(3) The equipment is adopt air to make it's own condenser cooling, so the chiller condenser type is efficient hydrophilic aluminum foil finned +Low noise fan; it's advantage is easy to installation, easy operate and use, customer just connect the pipe and electric power will be ok.
(4) Suggest the external water tank, advantage is the larger buffer tank can storage more cooling capacity for user, more saving energy and more stable for cooling work.

(2).Compressor: HANBELL brand; screw compressor with 4 steps of energy control 25%-50%-75%-100% to make sure the whole screw chiller is stable and guarantee high refrigeration performance.
(3).Highly efficient closed loop shell and tube type heat exchanger as the evaporator; with 2.5cm insulation to make the heating protect. Internal water tank connect with external heat exchanger plate.
(4).Air cooled type condenser-Copper tube sleeve aluminum fin with big volume air cooling fan.
