Beer Fermentation tanks cooling 20HP 3HP 5HP 7HP 10HP 15HP Glycol Chiller For Brewery
A typical brewery would use a Mgreenbelt brewery glycol chiller system to cool down the hot wort to a lower temperature before it is transferred to a fermentation tank containing the yeast. This is done by passing the hot wort through a wort chiller with a plate heat exchanger where the heat from the wort is transferred to cold brewing water. Additionally, jacketed fermentation vessels are chilled with a brewery glycol system.
we can provide full tank temperature control packages with controls installed in Mgreenbelt's glycol chiller control panel, for simplified monitoring and control of your entire chilling process.
Design
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2) Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.
(5). Power off - Auto strart up turn on function supported.
(6). Inlet and outlet pipe stainless steel;
Technical Features
1.No refurbished , new and original scroll type compressors, famous brand Copeland, Danfss, and Panasonic, built in multi safety protection, low noise, energy saving and stable.
2. Adpopt Schneder, Siemens, AB electrical components, featuring stability and long service life.
3. Italian oil pump with big flow, low power to save energy, high efficiency and durability.
4. Imported precise digital temperature controller with LCD display, controlling the water temperature as accurate as ±1ºC . Auto test and analysis function by displaying working condition in English for easy operation and monitoring.
5. Stainless steel buffer tank is available, and built in auto filling water devices, convenient for clean and maintenance.
6. High efficiency shell and tube type evaporator, to cool tank outside.
7.Air cooled industrial chiller equipped with finned copper by the warped and ranked copper pipe, to release the heat into air to cool down the coolant temperature.
8.Optional environmental protection refrigerant R404A, R134a, R407c, R410a
9.Customized chiller with special power supply voltage.
10. Outlet water temperature -10c,-5 deg C to 30deg C, high precision to ±1 deg C.
