Mgreenbelt blast freezer room for meat quick freeze
The fish cold room is a kind of cold storage for frozen fish or seafood. For normal fish, cold room temperature should be set at -18ºC to -25ºC, but for deep-sea fish, the temperature of cold storage may reach - 40ºC ~/-60ºC, such as tuna fish, then it will be used in conjunction with ultra-cryogenic blast freezer.
Except fish cold room, fish blast freezer is one of cold room that freeze fish quickly, normally freeze fish in 1/2/5/10 hours for 1 ~ 5 tons fish.
