Why use water chiller for your plastic injection molding process ?  
1.    To protect your equipment: Water Chiller is only a very small part cost of your whole plastic processing line, but it provides solid protection of your investment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for years and years to come.
2.    To increase output:  water chiller provide continuously cold water in your plastic process,     to improve molded products quality & cut down injection cycle time . Hence maximizes plastic injection molding machines' productivity.

Design of Industrial water chiller for Plastic Injection Machine
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2)  Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.

3. Italian water pump with big flow, low power to save energy, high efficiency and durability.
4. Imported precise digital temperature controller with LCD display, controlling the water temperature as accurate as ±1ºC . Auto test and analysis function by displaying working condition in English for easy operation and monitoring.
5. Stainless steel buffer tank is available, and built in auto filling water devices, convenient for clean and maintenance. 
6. High efficiency shell and tube type evaporator,  to cool tank outside.
7.Air cooled industrial chiller equipped with finned copper by the warped and ranked copper pipe, to release the heat into air to cool down the coolant temperature.
