1. Pasteurization Cooling, After pasteurization, juices are often rapidly cooled to around 4°C to 10°C (39°F to 50°F) to prevent spoilage and maintain flavor. This rapid cooling is essential to halt the growth of microorganisms and preserve the juice's freshness.

2. Final Cooling Before Packaging, Just before packaging, the juice might be further cooled to temperatures between 1°C to 4°C (34°F to 39°F) to ensure it is at an optimal temperature for filling and to extend shelf life.

3.Storage and Distribution,  For storage and distribution, juices are typically kept at temperatures around 0°C to 4°C (32°F to 39°F). Maintaining this temperature range helps in preserving the quality and preventing spoilage during transportation and storage. In summary, the chiller outlet temperature for a juice production line is commonly set between 0°C and 10°C (32°F to 50°F), depending on the specific stage of the production process and the type of juice being produced.
